Rebecca is an experienced and compassionate Accredited Practising Dietitian, specialising in the treatment and support of adults and adolescents with eating disorders. She also has a special interest in weight management and sports nutrition.

As well as seeing clients individually at Shape Your Mind, Rebecca is currently the senior dietitian at Northside Clinic, working with both the intensive inpatient and outpatient eating disorders programs. At Northside Clinic Rebecca sees patients individually as well as running weekly nutrition and meal support groups. Rebecca has also previously worked as a Physiotherapist at the Children’s Hospital at Westmead and North Shore Private Hospital.

Rebecca loves to learn and is committed to professional development and continued education, regularly attending international and interstate conferences, meetings and webinars. She uses evidence-based practice and up-to- date treatment techniques for the nutritional management of all her clients. She is fully registered with AHPRA and is a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA), Australia and New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders (ANZAED) and Sports Dietitians Australia (SDA).

Rebecca has also just been awarded the inaugural Paul Foulkes Clinical Scholarship to attend the Australia & New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders Conference 2016, held in Christchurch New Zealand

Sarah is an experienced and compassionate Accredited Practising
Dietitian, specialising in the treatment and support of adults and adolescents with eating disorders. She also has a special interest in gastroenterology and chronic disease management.

As well as seeing clients at Shape Your Mind, Sarah is currently also working at Northside Nutrition and Dietetics, where she provides nutrition counselling to individuals from a range of population groups. Sarah has also previously worked as a Clinical Dietitian at Wesley Hospital, working with both the intensive inpatient and outpatient eating disorders programs. Sarah is highly experienced in individual counselling, as well as delivering nutrition education groups and providing meal support. Sarah is committed to working in collaboration with all her clients, and supporting them through all stages of their recovery journey.

Sarah is dedicated to continually updating her clinical knowledge through professional development activities, including regularly attending conferences, interest group meetings and webinars. She uses evidence-based practice and up-to- date treatment techniques for the nutritional management of all her clients. She is a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA) and the Australia and New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders (ANZAED).
