Olivia is a warm and compassionate Clinical Psychologist and is the Director of Shape Your Mind, which she founded in 2010. Olivia has over 15 years experience working with individuals with eating disorders, body image concerns and related issues such as trauma, anxiety and mood disorders. She is committed to creating a safe and inclusive therapy space, where she welcomes clients of all sizes, sexualities, genders and cultural backgrounds.

Olivia’s qualifications include a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of New South Wales, and a Master of Arts in Psychology with First Class Honours from the University of Edinburgh in the United Kingdom. She has also received specialist training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing. She takes a non-diet approach to her work and is Health-At-Every-Size informed.

Olivia has worked with anxiety in both child and adolescent and adult populations, and has worked in both inpatient and outpatient eating disorder units. She spent some years as the Coordinator for the Peter Beumont Centre for Eating Disorders Day Program. Olivia is fully registered with AHPRA as a practitioner and is a board-approved Supervisor. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and the Australia and New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders.

Olivia is very passionate about her work and is committed to helping her clients get the most out of life, and to improve their relationship with food, their bodies and themselves!
